Rachel has really helped me understand my dogs, and how my actions can influence them to get the behavior I want.  She has a kind and positive approach and her consultations put you in the driving seat.  Rachel has a very different approach, which brings faster results.  Thank you Rachel, I will keep putting what you have showed me into practice.

This morning, I took my dog for a walk, he waited calmly while I put my boots on, sat and waited while I put his lead on, and waited to be invited out the front door.

He walked on a lose lead and then sat and waited for me to take his lead off and released when we got to the fields.  I didn’t need to call him back more than once and he said hello to the other dogs.  As we left he sat to have his lead on and walked without pulling all the way home.  He sat and waited again for me to open the front door and I invited him in.  This sounds great but my dog is a 16 week old puppy!

Amazing huh. I am an experienced dog owner but there is no way this would have happened without Rachel.  We involved her before we got the puppy, she helped us set some simple rules and taught us how to behave. Can’t recommend her enough,

Jessie who used to pull constantly and choke herself always being at the end of the extendible lead, is now walking with the slip lead by my side, she is so much better than she used to be. Thank you Rachel for your help.
